- LLLee Lindsey2 days ago1.0This Chipotle is gross, both the food and the facility. I went there to get a bowl tonight. The black beans were a slop of goo. When I saw the beans I started to tell the attendant to not give me beans or get new ones. There was no guacamole either - they were out. How can you go to a Mexican restaurant and they're out of guac? The bowl, between the beans, watery sour cream and salsa, was a soupy mess. The restaurant was dirty, with food all over the floor, and the bathrooms are run down, with built up crud in the corners, rusting door jambs showing the insides of the frame, with flakes of rust intermingled with stuff on the floor. I'll be sticking to a certain Mediterranean bowl fast casual restaurant just down the road now. I couldn't eat the whole bowl and should have asked for my money back but just wanted to get out and on my way.

On top of that I asked for extra corn salsa and they charged me an extra $1.60. Mind you I don’t get anything else on my bowl. No peppers. No onions. No sour cream. The fact they couldn’t add a little extra corn salsa is ridiculous

Outside(which is where we sat) was free of trash, tables were decent although they could've been wiped down, but wasn't messy, just dusty. All in all. Nice. Food was great, right temp, correct proportions and of course, the taste.... The flavor of what you expect at CHIPOTLE. We'll be back!
