The manager (younger white girl with blonde/pink hair) is extremely volatile, aggressive, and easily perturbed. What should have been an easy swap out/purchase for a different sauce turned into a situation where she was physically banging her fists on the counter, panting heavily, and threatening to call the cops. After telling her to calm down because no one was upset but her, she replied with “yea you’re making me mad, I can tell you to get out the store, I don’t have to serve you, I can just call the cops.” Not sure if this incident was racially charged but it seemed to feel as such. I have since filed a complaint on the Cava website and plan to speak to Cava’s corporate team tomorrow. Do NOT visit this location unless you would like to be spoken to like a child or VCU student.
