I wondered about coming in at 7:15 pm if everything would still be really fresh and it was! I highly recommend this CAVA...definitely one of my favorites. I feel like I've had a healthy meal when I leave!

To my surprise, I was pleasantly impressed. The food was great, and the helpful staff made the ordering process easy. There were plenty of healthy ingredients available for building your own bowl, which many customers were taking advantage of. I chose to try the Spicy Lamb Meatball Pita and instantly fell in love with it, especially the skhug sauce, which not only added a nice little kick, but is also really fun to say. SKOOG!
