This is the second time I received hard overcooked rice that is not edible. Whoever is cooking the rice at this place doesn’t know what they are doing. Also the water is “broken” and they are charging for bottled waters. Ridiculous. I won’t be going back. Especially now that my jaw is irritated from the hard chewy overcooked rice.

I got about half the amount of food that the other cava’s give. No knifes to cut salad.Lentils weren’t cooked to the point that I couldn’t bite through most of them.

I had the worst experience here tonight. I ordered pickup & waited 22 minutes past my given time. I only got my food eventually because I said something to the staff after being ignored two times. I got home and my bowl was missing an ingredient, extremely tiny, and the rice was crunchy and old. An absolute excuse for a restaurant. Do better.

First time trying Cava. Great customer service. They let me sample anything I was unsure about and get sauces on the side. Pita chips were delicious would definitely recommend

My friend and I recently ordered Cava for delivery through doordash, we spent over $50 for just 2 people, with it being around $25 each. We have previously dined from this restaurant and have had no issue. However, this time around we experienced significant issues. For one, the restaurant took over 45 mins to complete our order, we even had 2 drivers drop our order because the restaurant was taking so long which is unusual, however we finally received the notification that our order was ready and heading our way. The drivers were nothing but nice and delivered our food within 13 minutes. However, imagine our surprise when we look inside the bag and there is only one bowl. We had each ordered a bowl, 2 free side pitas, pita chips (which are an additional $4) and a drink which is around $5. We received an incomplete order and only got one bowl, one free pita, and the beverage. At this point we are just astonished, surely it can't get any worse than this. And then, it does. We head inside, open the bag and I open the side pita, cold and ripped in half, to the point of almost looking bitten. Then my friend opens her bowl, and wouldn't you know it but it's made wrong. It has both missing and incorrect toppings. At this point, neither of us are happy or even hungry. We waited an hour for our food (from a restaurant that is 2 miles away), then essentially received a different order altogether. We are broke college students studying for finals and we decided to splurge and spoil ourselves, ultimately left hungry, disappointed and sad. We ordered an hour and a half before the restaurant closed, giving Cava plenty of time to make our order but they just played in our face. Extremely disappointed, if I could give negative stars, I would. I don't know what happened but this experience has left me extremely scarred and we will not be ordering from this Cava ever again.
*edit* It has been about an hour since my friend ate her bowl and she just ended up throwing the entire thing up in the bathroom. Do not order from this place. Waste of time, money and a health hazard.
