  James is by far the best bartender! He makes the experience so enjoyable and makes you want to stay longer with his infectious energy, charm, and laughter. Every restaraunt should only hope to get such a great bartender as James and should be an industry standard.

  Karisma even though she wasn’t our direct server, I have never seen an employee work so hard of all the times I have been here. She was non-stop cleaning everything, from the legs of of the bar stools and chairs to the chair rail on the walls, the booth seats, etc. she was non-stop working and did it to the detail without being asked. She is a gem and should be recognized. You don’t see that type of work ethic these days and she did it on her own drive for doing a good job.

  My sister and I recently had a wonderful experience at Carrabba’s located in Midlothian on 12/09/25. It was all due to the fabulous waitress that we had the honor of serving us. Not only were all of her recommendations spot on, but we never even had to do so much as ask for beverage refills. She anticipated our needs and was extremely knowledgeable of the menu items. She is a true asset to your organization! A 5-star review indeed! Pamela Farmer

  My server Tamara did a PHENOMENAL job with my first visit. She was very professional with showing me the menu section by section and even with my drink. (The blackberry sangria is amazing) It is was very calm with both date night/ family friendly. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this amazing place along with my new favorite waitress.

  The restaurant was half full when we arrived and didn’t get any fuller. We had to ask three different times where our entrée was which were very simple and were told by the waitress that they were short staffed in the kitchen. I told her that I hoped Our food was not sitting under a warmer. While waiting, we also had to ask for drink refills. Finally, after the third request, the manager brought us our food and told us the order had never been put in. I told her that was really interesting as the waitress told us that the kitchen staff was short and that perhaps they need to get their lives straight.. The food isn’t that great to put up with bad service and lies so that will be my last time eating at this establishment. There’s too many other good places that provide quality honest service.
