We arrived at the restaurant around 6:15 pm. We were in town for a basketball tournament and when we arrived at the restaurant we told the waiter that there were 12 of us now, but a basketball team is on the way, and he acknowledged and escorted us to the back, where there was a long table and other tables around it that we could put together.
The waiter, unfortunately I did not get any names, started taking our drink order as everyone else started coming in. A person in our party went to go ask if anyone was coming to help him, and she was told that he is a pro, he can handle it. So, we waited to see how he was going to handle it. After we sat there for 15 mins and had not received our drinks, we knew things were not going to get better. After about another 10 minutes, all drink orders were in. And I asked the young man can he handle all of this by himself and he assured us that he could. I said so you are fast? And he said yes, let me bring the drinks out and I will start the food orders. But when he started bringing out 2 cups at a time, I knew this wasn't going to end well. Mind you, we had almost 30 people! After this 5 people left. I went to the young man and asked if he could get the manager. And when he did come out, I asked if our waiter could get help, we have to get back on the road to get home. He said they were told that we were a party of 15, that's why we only received 1 waiter. Then a waitress came over and started taking our orders, and after a few minutes I asked her were was the other waiter, and she said she didn't know, the manager sent her over here because she knows how to handle a big party. When it took another 20 and more minutes to get all of our orders, a few people in our party started ordering online! AND they got their food before us!!!!
I stopped this one waitress who has orange hair, and asked where was the other waiter, and she very rudely responded that she didn't know. She stood there with one hand on the table and the other one her hip, then asked do you want me to go find him, and I said yes. She left and never came back!
I asked our waitress if she could get the manager when she finished doing what she was doing. I asked her about 20 mins later did she tell the manager we wanted him, and she said I told him twice. And someone in our party said he saw him talking to some people stroking his beard. So it was at that moment I lost my appetite, and I knew No one at that restaurant cared about our party other than our waitress.
Our party consisted of more teenagers than adults, and I know she was exhausted! So when we heard her say...never again... we understood. When the orders started coming out, some of the children's orders were mixed up, a couple didn't get their order and had to be reordered. Some ordered sliders, and instead received cheeseburgers, because they were out of sliders, and they didn't want that. A few of them had to pack their orders up, because we had to get back on the road. It was 9 o'clock, and we had to get those kids home. Our waitress told me and another woman, who had gluten-free restrictions and was told 3 different things concerning her order, that we didn't have to pay for our order. I know she was as upset as we were.
The other woman said she has eaten at other BWW before and the wings were gluten-free, however not at this restaurant. And her food was the very last to come out!
It was the worst experience any of us have ever had! I have never been at a restaurant were the manager did not care about their employees and the customers. If he does, he did not show it that night. He never came back to our table. The young lady who i asked about the other waiter, never came back. The waiter never came back.
Even if you thought we were a party of 15, it was evident that we were not and he did not send our waitress ANY help. We were there for almost 3 hours, with some of us leaving with orders to go!
