On a Friday, no customers, At 6 o’clock, there was a 20-minute wait for everything on the menu. However, across the street, at Chick-fil-A, with the line wrapped around the parking lot, they had food ready and served it quickly. Maybe Bojangles is about to go out of business. I’m not sure, maybe they cant afford food, and perhaps they’re out of stock, but if I were the owner, I would be Trippin. Maybe it’s the Owner‘s fault. Perhaps the wages are so low. The worker doesn’t care whether the food is ready; it could be a lot of different things causing the mismanagement, but I would start with by firing the manager and raising pay for the people who work the lines. and hiring somebody competent to keep business moving. Bojangles is a great brand that makes great food. I hate to see such a good business get destroyed through incompetence.
