So the guy at the drive-thru window won't even speak to you and when you order a large you get small instead and still charged for it and have to wait 10 minutes with no one else in line what is going on here? I brought up the issue but the guy didn't care

The food was good. I tried one if their turkey sandwiches. The service was incredibly slow. I dined in. If you're in a hurry, you may want to try another Arby's. The atmosphere was ok. Nothing great.

Everything was Exceptional,food was correct,hot very tasty.The crew and Manager Crystal were on point.I don't know if you all will actually see this but Crystal needs a raise,everytime I go there and she's there Everything is immaculate even down to the bathrooms and I always check and I never have to bring my food items back.There is definitely a difference between Manager Crystal and the Manager Angie.Thank you Manager Crystal for treating me and my guest and all the other guest you encountered that night even with your crew you were very kind thank you I wish we had one of you at every Arby's
