  The staff is always very friendly but the manager there is rude and cannot seem to manage a front end correctly. Today I literally watched her talk crap about an older man after he left. He had to use the self check out because there were no cashiers and the self checkout does not give cash back. He clearly wasn’t familiar with the process but had no other choice. After he walked away the manager made a dramatic scene about “don’t people understand what no cash back means?” Loudly while waving her arms and looking to other associates for validation. Not to mention, ever since she has been manager, the front end has slowly declined. Most days I drive to the next closest foodlion just so I don’t have to wait in a line with only self checkout opens for 20 mins to pick up one item.

  Hello , I’m a delivery guy from Uber eats , yesterday's afternoon I went for a pick up , a ladies whit curlie orange hair attended me and said will be just one minute please . Well I waited for 20 min and ask who apparently was de manager a black ladie who told me she was sorry it will take only five more minutes ( we’re an 30 min waiting ) then not 5 bu almost 10 min later she ask me to get a cart ready so the stuff will be ready in a minute, guess what 10 min latter the same ladie that talk to me first ( orange hair ) come to me and tell me , i think no you should cancel the order it’s going to be a while!!! Obviously I got upset!!! Waited for almost 40 min , and there attitude just said TUFF when I complaint and ask for a manager attention. Now the ladie whit the orange hair claim to be the manager. YOU SHOULD NOT LIE TO CUSTOMERS, if is not ready we can cancel and get going , but don’t make us wait for nothing and waist our time !!

  Do NOT use their pick up “to go” option. I went to the store and stood at the front for NEARLY AN HOUR (55 minutes) waiting to pick up an order. I could’ve shopped and checked out twice in that amount of time. I watched an employee clock out for break, and come back from their break in that amount of time. The man who initially helped me said he didn’t know how long it would take for them to finish shopping the order. I watched him bring 3 separate pick up orders to the front before they got to mine. If you want to save time shopping, just do it yourself somewhere else because they don’t have their priorities straight.
