  Hello , I’m a delivery guy from Uber eats , yesterday's afternoon I went for a pick up , a ladies whit curlie orange hair attended me and said will be just one minute please . Well I waited for 20 min and ask who apparently was de manager a black ladie who told me she was sorry it will take only five more minutes ( we’re an 30 min waiting ) then not 5 bu almost 10 min later she ask me to get a cart ready so the stuff will be ready in a minute, guess what 10 min latter the same ladie that talk to me first ( orange hair ) come to me and tell me , i think no you should cancel the order it’s going to be a while!!! Obviously I got upset!!! Waited for almost 40 min , and there attitude just said TUFF when I complaint and ask for a manager attention. Now the ladie whit the orange hair claim to be the manager. YOU SHOULD NOT LIE TO CUSTOMERS, if is not ready we can cancel and get going , but don’t make us wait for nothing and waist our time !!

  Do NOT use their pick up “to go” option. I went to the store and stood at the front for NEARLY AN HOUR (55 minutes) waiting to pick up an order. I could’ve shopped and checked out twice in that amount of time. I watched an employee clock out for break, and come back from their break in that amount of time. The man who initially helped me said he didn’t know how long it would take for them to finish shopping the order. I watched him bring 3 separate pick up orders to the front before they got to mine. If you want to save time shopping, just do it yourself somewhere else because they don’t have their priorities straight.

  I been using this store since I started being a care giver for my elderly parents. 3 years or so.. this one older lady, is always watching me and acting as if I'm trying to take something. And had for years. A while back I was in there, buying cases of water and she had the nerve to ask me what type of work I do. Why?? Was I buying to much water for her liking. Then today I go in to get my mom some stuff and myself, standing in self checkout and she tells me to go to register 1. I said no I'll stay here .. so then she proceeds to tell the young man working self checkout to watch me .. for what?? This happen around 1 pm.. so tomorrow my plan is to go to the store speak with a manager and make a complaint I have had enough... She has even followed me around the store... And if the manager can't handle it I will go higher up .. NOT EVERYONE IS A THIEF AND I FOR ONE AM TIRED OF BEING TREATED AS ONE.... and we give them allot of business because my mom lives near there .. but I will start going to Kroger's...

  Been using this Food lion for years and one of the better stores for cleanliness and product availability. Staff and management ok, like most places good and bad. One thing I don't like is it seems that they do a lot of stocking during core business hours and 2-4 aisles ar a time cluttered. I worked in my youth at a grocery store, and stocking was done near closing and overnight. I suspect this is due to not wanting to pay premium for enough people to work overnight.
