  Don’t waste your time coming here. Stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes and weren’t even acknowledged so I had to order through the app because I was sick of standing there waiting to be helped as the lady walked past us the entire time. Only one person at this location seemed to care about getting orders out while the other three ancted incompetent. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and drinks. By the time we finally got our food it was cold, they messed up the drinks multiple times. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too.

  I used to go to this dunkin all the time with no issues. The past several time's I've gone it's seemed incredibly understaffed and I always have missing and incorrect items, particularly with the food. Today I ordered the $6 meal deal and another breakfast sandwich. Both sandwiches should have had extra egg, one of them had NO egg at all and the other only had one. I didn't get the hashbrowns at all (the past few times I've either not received them at all or they were dead cold). The girl at the drive thru was very sweet, and I didn't want to trouble her because it seemed like she was the only one in there. I go to this dunkin because it's convenient, but with how wrong my orders have been, and the broken website, I will not be returning. I've tried to contact dunkin about my order issues, but its a dead end. The app directs you to a chat bot on the website that's always down. The chat bot links you to a contact form that also doesn't work (it just buffers endlessly when you try to select a store, which is required). No email is listed, it just also directs you to the broken contact us form. Even the phone number listed just says "we're sorry, but we cannot take your call" and refers you to the broken form on the website. There is literally no other way to tell them about any issues other than leaving this review, so here I am. Dunkin makes billions each year, they can more than afford to fix these issues, especially the broken website. Dunkin, do better.

  This place is so dysfunctional worst Duncan in Richmond so far my daughter just went thru the drive thru an had the worst experience all because they for got one of her drinks that she paid for an they were not trying to give her her drink after she showed them her receipt they made her stay in the line for 20 mins before any one came back to the window this location suck!!

  SOMEONE please help this branch. There is one gentleman who cares about preparing orders and getting them out, but the folks preparing the coffee and the food don’t care. I witnessed the girl making the drinks clear out the orders and stand there. I, standing in the lobby, hadn’t received my drinks yet. The guy running the place had to remind her to make the drinks and give her another receipt.
