But, that happens with any establishment. The Chicken Al Pastor bowl that I ordered in-person tasted as expected and the portions were normal too. The inside didn’t look disgusting like the other reviews mentioned and the service was good/normal too… Everyone already knows that you’re playing yourself when you try to online-order at Chipotle. The portions are typically normal sized when you order in-person. Meanwhile, you typically get skimped for DoorDash/online. Overall, if I need a quick meal and I’m feeling Chipotle, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. To each their own I suppose…

The entire place was a complete mess—food scraps were scattered all over the line, and the dining area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hours. It’s genuinely concerning when a food establishment is that visibly dirty. The service was even worse. The employees couldn’t have cared less about the line out to the door or their attitude toward customers. It took nearly 10 minutes just to serve two people, and after that wait, an employee finally announced they were out of cheese. I’m done with Chipotle. I won’t be returning to this location, or any other Chipotle. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Currently at Cava Wish I could rate this experience and location even lower.
