  I placed an online order for the chipotle and Even the ticket said double chicken so, I was expecting double chicken and barely even got a half portion of chicken… When they were confronted, they said I had to pay another $3.60 for more chicken when I didn’t even get a full portion of the first time!! None of the staff were accommodating. They were all pretty rude. This was on April 25 at around 9:30 PM. all I did was ask him for a side portion of chicken and they were just like yeah you gotta pay for that even though I already paid for it to that and told me that there was nothing they could do and I had to take it up to the app, even though they were The ones that made the food.

  Very disappointed in the quality of service gotten from this store. The steak was dried out. When I asked questions about it, the concern for giving me freshly cooked food was zero. Even had some of the skin of an avocado in the guacamole. The store was dirty and the serving table where they prepare the food was also. The small portions was fair but, for the price it was unacceptable. There are better choices of restaurants to choose from. Hopefully, they will correct this service issues they have.

  We had a terrible visit at chipotle in willow lawn. Two of the workers were surveilling this lady who asked for a water cup. While I was ordering the workers completely ignored me to watch a woman to see if she would put soda or water in the cup. They gave me a ripped bag and did not give me my receipt or even look at me while I was paying for my order. The man who was putting my order in my bag, had his eyes wide open, staring at her. The second she put soda in the cup, he yelled and ran over to her. He grabbed the cup and said she was stealing. The employee ended up throwing the cup away, wasting the money the soda cost regardless of who had it. All of the workers started yelling at her collectively. They began degrading her and calling her derogatory names. Absolutely awful way to handle the situation it was unbelievable.

  Use to be my favorite place to eat after work ever since all the new young employees this place has gone down hill every one always had attitudes and act like they don’t wanna work . Food wasn’t even filled all the way definitely calling corporate

  On today; Tuesday April 7, 2026; at approximately 5:17 pm; I entered this particular Chipotle restaurant and immediately wish I hadn't. The food preparer, caucasion with a scruffy beard, looked me up and down and immediately frowned and gave negative vibes....nonetheless I took a chance and ordered. When he got to the chicken portion he gave a fledgling scoop of the little shredded pieces of chicken (and on the subsequent bowl he gave a full scoop of big chunks of chicken. When I complained about the contrast in portion sizes; he got in smart alec mode and asked if I wanted to pay for double chicken. When I refused, but still held to my complaint; he went and got the manager. The manager was a young african american man ; who was no better.He insulted my intelligence by saying the bigger chunks in the second bowl were equivalent to the small shredded chunks in the first bowl and that they both represented one scoop. He then had the nerve to say he told the kitchen meat cook to make the chicken pieces smaller in subsequent containers (which did nothing to refute my point about the sizes being inequitable). His condescending demeanor; meant only one thing for me; I had to leave this establishment. As such I am writing this review. Please don't accept crap from anyone; know your worth! The second Chipotle I went to near short pump was more than plentiful with their scooping portions. I didnt have to say a word! I wasn't even in uniform on this day. Cpt. Owens RD Police FIC Sene
