  @Chipotle My family visits every Friday — my kids love your food and have been loyal customers for a long time. Recently we visited this location and were overcharged on our chicken bowls. I called the location multiple times — no one picked up and the phone is always memory full. I called corporate and got transferred to the same location/ food order . A week later I went in person and was told they won’t reimburse because it’s been over 24 hours. When I asked them to acknowledge it in writing, they refused. When I asked for the regional manager or her manager , I was told there isn’t one. And when I pushed further, they THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY on me . And the person i talk to says she is the store manager and asked her full name but she denied to give the full name too. I have the entire interaction recorded. And i am sure its recorded in the Chipotle too. This is not about the overcharge anymore — it’s about how your staff treated a loyal customer. I hope Chipotle corporate takes this seriously and reaches out. Nobody deserves to be treated this way. 📹 #Chipotle #CustomerService #NotOkay

  Denise and Ayden were amazing. denise wrapped the most heavenly burrito I have ever looked at in my life and eventually tasted in my life and ayden was super chill. This is the best chipotle in Va. there was also cool looking girl with septum piercing. Shout out to u

  Nice place, good food, but go anywhere else around Short Pump Mall. If you do order from this location order ahead online. The staff do not care (likely underpaid and overworked by the organization) so its best to minimize the interaction.

  Absolutely atrocious service. My wife asked if, like she does at may other Chipotle restaurants of they could put the hot items in one container and the cold in a separate. She wasnt eating for a while and wanted it to stay fresh and not get soggy. Doesn't seem like a bad idea, other locations seem to agree. Being refused this small request she asked to speak to a manager. The manager was asked to come over and refused. Blatantly looked at my wife and ignored the request.
