The driver came back with the missing things and apologized. Both the manager and driver were very nice and understanding.
- JHJayMee Hubbard6 days ago1.0My office constantly orders from this restaurant and ask for honey as a dipping sauce for the nuggets. Time and time after time we do not get it. I cannot eat my nuggets without honey. I don’t understand why it is so hard to put honey with the order.

Ordered the new sandwich as not a meal, then a cool wrap meal with the avocado lime ranch and the southwest creamy salsa with fries and a vanilla shake. Received no fries, a salad??, 2 avocado ranch, no creamy salsa, and 2 jalapeno ranch sauces. No idea what happened to the quality control and training of their front of house since I've been 3 months ago. Not expecting McDonald's service from a Chik fil a. At least it tasted good? EDIT: found the receipt in the bag, was charged for fries and never received them

I ordered a breakfast burrito, they gave me a sausage scrambled bowl & my mom had a burrito with nothing on it except eggs & sausage, no bacon, no nothing. Plain jane. I know they get busy but the workers need to be more pleasant & watch their orders, they also spelled my name wrong on the order. Also when we got up to the pick up lane the girl at the window at a serious attitude. I wont be coming back this location. THE BEST CHIK-FIL-A IS TUCKERNUCK PLAZA ON BROAD STREET!? THEY ALWAYS SAY MY PLEASURE & GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT, IF THEY GET YOUR ORDER WRONG, THEY APOLOGIZE FIX IT & LET U KEEP YOUR CURRENT ORDER. THE PARHAM RD CHIK-FIL-A THEY GOT SOME SERIOUS WORK TO DO & WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDES & WATCH PEOPLES ORDERS. STOP GIVING PEOPLE THE WRONG ORDERS.
