  I don't know when it changed but the drive thru for mobile orders no longer makes sense. I did a mobile order and had to wait behind several cars that already got their meals for a good while because everyone had to go throught the tiny exit. Before we could easily leave if you got your food but now it just makes sense to park and order inside.

  I regularly pick up orders from this Chick-fil-A on Pump Rd and would like to highlight the excellent work of the team. The staff here are extremely polite, always friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which makes it very pleasant to visit every time. Orders are prepared quickly, and everything is well organized. Even during busy hours, the service remains at a high level. I would also like to mention the team: people of different ages work here—both younger and older—and you can clearly see that they work together smoothly, without conflicts, supporting each other. This positive teamwork is noticeable and creates a great atmosphere. A truly excellent team! Thank you for your great work and excellent service!

  Came through for a chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich and the tomatoes and lettuce were both questionable. Very little mayo. Pickles I took off and ate alone since the rest was gone. Gentlemen taking our order seemed slightly irritated but could have read that wrong.

  This chick-fil-a is consistently the worst in the area. After multiple visits, I’ve seen that it’s a pattern and not a one-off. The drive-thru traffic pattern is very stressful and cars end up blocking the road behind. I get that the workers can’t change that, but they can at least be kind when asking you to pull up, or tell you where to pull up to. Last time I was here, a male worker was literally yelling at drivers to pull up. This time, a female worker told me to pull up to the sign, which I did. Then she said that was not enough and I needed to pull up more so the other cars didn’t block the road. Her tone was very impatient and she should have been clear to begin with about how far I needed to go. Someone needs to train staff about how not be rude to customers. To top it all off, the iced tea was extremely watered down and not at all worth the stress or money. In the past, the food has been stale. I hope that chick-fil-a sends in their team to make some changes at this location.
