I was coming from the marathon and trying to order in the drive through. He ran out and said we are not accepting marathon runners reward orders. He didn’t even speak to me to clarify or apologize nothing. It was the first time I had a hard time at chick-fil-a.

Can't leave them in the fryer a few seconds longer. That's what dude said... What happens, the world's going to end? Seriously. How do you find such dumb people? Saddest thing ever. I won't be back. Y'all can't even cook hash browns properly. We won't even go into the barely cooked biscuit 🙄🤦🏼♀️

Every time I come there is always an extremely lengthy wait, even when there’s no one else there and/or I only ordered one thing. Today, I only ordered a 5 piece nugget which took me 15 minutes to receive (even through a mobile order) and that’s only because I had to waive a worker down just to get a status check. You would think after seeing me there for 15 minutes and other customers who came in and placed their order after me, someone would come up to me and ask if I’ve been helped but no.
