  Nazma took care of me with such a beautiful smile and an amazing attitude. She made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her energy was positive, her service was fast, and she treated me with genuine kindness. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. I left feeling appreciated and taken care of. Definitely coming back because of her.

  Not really a fan of this one when you in the hood they tend to slack a little of things. Everywhere was average but the food a bit of the down side. My chicken philly was nothing like the one of broad Street my fries were soft even tho I ask to fried them hard even my strawberry lemonade tasted different. I also understand everyone in there is new but they couldn't get my order right nor redeem my coupon nor my rewards for the purchase I made since I couldn't use my coupon. I might give it another try somewhere down the line. Update: Buddy who closes just changed my whole perspective of this charleys food was on point and service was fast. Would of gave it 5 stars if babygirl in there didn't lied about having honey mustard,but other than that definitely spinning the block again!!!

  I was hesitant at first because I'm a food critic by nature and I'm hyper critical about cheesesteaks. I have eaten here several times and the food is always fresh made to order and the staff is very friendly; especially the store manager. After to one time meeting me, he remembered me. My favorite items thus far are the Cajun fries and the Bacon Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak. The price is also pretty comparable to most places for sand which, fries, and drink!   I love, love, love this restaurant. The food is great!!! Well portioned, fresh and tasty. The staff is polite, nice and welcoming. The store manager MK is accommodating and very pleasant. Such a great store. Delivery or pickup very convenient for a great meal. I highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed.
