  WOW just wow. This establishment changed my life. First of all let me just say how much parking there was I mean wow just anywhere you could park everything was open and efficient. Second the food was insane. You're telling me I can just make whatever I want from their amazing selection that's incredible. Also a giant spider came into the restaurant and killed me and wrapped me up then I was born anew from its egg sack. 10/10 would go again.

  Perhaps reflective of a more relaxed campus vibe, but well-below my Cava experiences at other locations.. Disorganized: out of basic ingredients, and didn't seem to know until they went to put it in our bowls... Not terribly clean: tabletops littered with food from previous use. When I asked for a cloth to clean off my table before I sat down, I was told I should grab some napkins. Okay, so maybe on a starving student's budget, but @ $42 for two bowls and drinks, the value doesn't align.

  Cava is usually one of my favorite places to eat but I was very disappointed with the customer service tonight. The girl with the eyebrow piercing was taking my order tonight. I asked for the side pita while ordering but she never acknowledged me so I assumed she didn’t hear me since it was loud in there. I asked for it again while checking out and she got annoyed and started mumbling things to the girl checking us out. She then proceeded to walk up to us a throw the pita in the bag without saying anything.

  I come here pretty often after studying at Cabell or going to the gym. Service is great and they’re generous with the portions. Great service from Karis!
