  Today, Darlene and I had an amazing and enjoyable experience at Carrabba's Midlothian during lunch. Our server, James did an excellent job with providing us with excellent service; discussing menu options, delivering delicious food, drinks, desserts, and lastly checking in with us to see if we were satisfied with our meals. Thank you James for a wonderful time! Also Erin the manager was professional and welcoming!

  Tamara made this experience second to none! We are frequent “Carrabba-ians” because we can’t get enough of the bread and herbs, shrimp scampi appetizer, Sicilian soup, or the Caesar salad; however, she made the food yummier, drinks sweeter, and the atmosphere all the better! She was intuitive, polite, prompt, professional—with the perfect smile! I absolutely pray that everything she touches will prosper! I pray all the light that she pours on others is returned to her 100-fold! Tamara is special….and I don’t use that term lightly! Whatever it is that you’re doing to keep her, multiply that—b/c for what she’s doing, you really could never pay her for her what she brings to your establishment! I’m blessed to have encountered her today! Thank you all soooo much! Made my day!

  Our food was barley hot when we got it. Looked as if it were sitting a while before it was brought to us. We were not offered grated cheese, which is standard. Then staff was slow and the vibe in the place was yuck. For the money we spent we should have had a much better experience.

  We always enjoy going to Carraba's. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. This trip, however, I want to issue a huge shout out to our Server Nyeisha T- she went above and beyond, had the most beautiful smile and made our evening out with our family so special. She was so sweet to all of us especially my grandchildren. We ordered all our favorites, the fried zucchini, pollo Rosso Maria, Sirloin and the kids meals. All were tasty and we always enjoy the smoked flavor on everything. We will certainly visit again. We also appreciate that the Manager came over and asked how everything was.

  After another local restaurant decided a week before Easter that they were not going to open for Easter to honor our reservation, our party of 16 was in a panic to secure a restaurant for our Easter dinner. Luckily, we found that Carrabbas on Midlothian Turnpike was willing to serve us at this late date. Our large party was handled expertly by Abby, who split our check over four families, made sure our 7 children were served first, and got every order correct. She did all this in a professional, yet quite friendly, manner. We felt very welcome by all staff and management. Our food was delicious and we all left happy and well-fed after our festive family get-together. Not many chain restaurant have 5-star service, but this one definitely did. The menu
