  Did not get any condiments with the meat meal 😞 disappointed. Got a brisket sandwich and got two bbq sauce packets the sauces were OK I like the Arby's bbq sauce best did not get any😞 disappointed.

  I pulled in 5 mins before closing and didnt even realize. Ordered 3 items. The gentlemen informed me very nicely they were waiting on it to cook cause they are closing in 5 mins. I work in the food industry so I immediately apologized. I know how it is. He was so nice and sweet tho. Told me it was just fine. And the food was obviously fire. I have really bad anxiety so he definitely made it a nice experience for me even tho I was that one customer that gotta roll thru 5 mins to close. Im sorry again. Yall are great tho ❤️

  The customer service at this Arby’s is top notch. They missed an item on our order and they fixed it immediately and didn’t charge us for it. Then my kids spilled a cup of water all over the seat and floor and they ran over to us and cleaned it all up without hesitation. Everyone was so friendly and it made for an overall positive experience.

  Phenomenal establishment. Clean, chic, hip. Our server Paul was outstanding and above and beyond with courtesy and service. Top notch overall food to people.
