- SSSam1 day ago5.0Pierina was absolutely phenomenal as our server. First thing was the way she came across the table, she was courteous kind and incredibly charismatic. She also recommended a mango martini which turned out to be my favorite drink of the night. She absolutely made the experience and then some. Truly a gem of a person and so pretty too!!! How blessed in life she is to be as kind and lovely - equal only to how beautiful she is. I had a blast. Thank you pierina 💓 def will be returning to Jackson's because of her.

- JHJohn HollidayApr 13, 20262.0Food was good but DEEPLY disappointed when we went for a birthday celebration and at the end of the meal the server asked if we would prefer chocolate or vanilla for our birthday dessert - nice touch but we weren’t going to have dessert - but happy to go with the flow - until the bill came and the server had secretly charged us for the unwanted dessert. Well, I’m sure some people will claim that this underhanded secretive, charging of an unwanted dessert is simply suggest of selling, had he offered it as an option and not presumptive sales, we would have politely declined. Lesson learned. After many years at Jackson’s - learning they can’t be trusted.
