  During my visit, I was not given the standard option between a 6-inch or a foot-long sandwich, which I normally expect and receive at Subway. The employee began preparing a 6-inch sandwich without asking, and when I politely mentioned that I wanted a foot-long instead, she appeared visibly irritated with me—even though the miscommunication was not on my part. I don’t believe a customer should be made to feel uncomfortable for something that could have easily been clarified with a quick question. Additionally, what was most unsettling was the way I was watched throughout my time in the store. The employee repeatedly stared at the chips I had in my hand in a way that made me feel as though she suspected I might steal them. This kind of treatment felt like I was being racially profiled, which was both hurtful and unnecessary—especially considering I always purchase a meal and have never had any issues in the past. I usually visit this location and am familiar with the two younger employees who are always friendly and professional. However, this particular employee was noticeably older and did not provide the same level of customer service or respect. The overall tone and behavior during this visit were disappointing and made me feel unwelcome. I truly hope this message is received in the spirit of improvement. I’ve always enjoyed Subway and would like to continue doing so without feeling judged or uncomfortable. Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter.

  Place is amazing if you want them to not listen to what u ask to be put on your sandwich and to have it just thrown together, go else where
