My cart auto locked before I even exited the sliding doors into the entry way (not even outside!). The doors then auto shut which closed itself onto the cart that I was to trying to move free of the door. Pinning the cart in the doorway. Easily could have been an injury to those older or less agile. I then had to carry two full grocery bags and a 40count case of waters by myself to the car. At no point did an employee offer any help. To be fair there were very few on staff. Horrible. I will not be returning as there are many better grocery stores in the area that care for their customers over losing a few carts to theft.
