  Normally the pizza is very good, as are the wings. But I am basing this rating on this event. On this occasion, the pizza was dry, tasteless, had no tomato sauce, and appeared to have been sitting out for hours in a box. We would have sent it back if we were eating in but this was take out. Great customer service by the manager who quickly credited us. Lesson learned, check your pizza before leaving.

  Longtime customers, but tonight was a big fail. While 2 of us had ok food, one had a horrible experience. We received our soups and garlic bread fine to start. My Italian cold cut sub came a bit early, but not unexpectedly since it was cold. The pizza came next. Ok...so the chicken parm should be out just after that, right? No. Our waiter never came by to do the "how is everything" visit after we got our food, and we had to flag him down to ask about the chicken parm. Because 2 of us had our food for so long, my husband who ordered the chicken parm said, if it's not started, don't bother. Oddly enough, the server had brought our check and stated that the chicken parm was on the bill. He didn't report back and we had to flag him down again - what's the status? He said they were starting it now. We told him that we didn't want it and to take if off the bill. No other accommodation was made on the bill. So, as we left, we spoke to the manager. He knew of the issue, but never bothered to come speak to us. He was very unconcerned with our issue. He "apologized" with no sincerity. He didn't care. We won't be back anytime soon.

  We’ve been regular customers of this Ledo Pizza for years, usually dining here 3–4 times a month. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was disappointing enough that we’ll be taking a break from coming back. Our server, Levi, did put in my entrée — the kitchen simply never made it. The other two people in my party received their meals, but mine never arrived, and by the time we realized something was wrong, they had already finished eating. Our server didn’t check back in time to catch the issue, so we sat waiting with no communication. What made this more frustrating was the management response. The manager delivered food to the table next to us yet never stopped at ours, despite the obvious delay. When I spoke with him on the way out, he asked if this was “about the chicken parm,” which made it clear he already knew there had been a problem — and yet he had made no effort to check on us or address it. His lack of concern when I explained how unhappy we were was especially disappointing for a place we’ve supported regularly. We’ve always liked this location and want to see it do well, but tonight showed a real lapse in service and hospitality. We hope things improve, but for now, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
