During dinner rush they do not have your table at the time you requested your reservation. When you arrive, it can be up to 30 minutes to an hour + later before your seated. Pick another restaurant. Especially if you have children.

A group next to us said they didn’t have their card and stated their bartender/ server kept their card. The bartender/ server stated they don’t keep cards but she would look. She walked up to their kiosk and then walked away and pulled their card out of her back pocket. What if those people didn’t realize they left their card, what was she planning to do?? What bartender/ server keeps customers cards in THEIR pocket. Definitely be careful
