This company (Giant Food) advertises on the “Upside” app, but then doesn’t bother to actually process your cash back rebate, even after 11 days! What would Izzy Cohen have to say about this?!
Regularly a homeless man that loiters for hours on end that is very erratic and threatening. They know about the issue but can not remove him from the store due to policy. This policy needs to be changed to allow the employees to do something about this.

I visited your store in North Point Village in the early afternoon of Thursday, October 2. After scanning a small container of pineapple chunks, I decided it was too pricey and asked a Giant employee at the self-checkout area -- a young White woman on the thin side -- if she could please cancel the item for me. She took the container and canceled the purchase. As she turned around she looked daggers at me -- with cold eyes that conveyed annoyance and hostility. Is this the kind of customer service/employee attitude that Giant finds acceptable?
