One had some meat, the other was just bread with a small bite of meat - not even enough to cover 1/4 of the bread. Wanting a 5 guys burger tonight, I called and asked for the manager, which was who answered. I spent 2 minutes and 40 second trying to tell him of our experience, giving him our order history and asking for his assistance to ensure it was not going to happen again. It was at that moment, when he said... so, you are not happy with the burger?... that I realized that he just didn't care, which I told him that as I hung up. So many of the 5 guys franchises are incredible. It is a shame that this one sucks!
