We got there around 9 (2 hours before closing) and the tables were already flipped up and it looked as if they were closing. Once we got to the front of the line, we were told they had no white rice and it would be a 20 minute wait, which happens, it's not a huge deal. Except when asking for brown rice, they were scraping it from the bottom of the pan. They were also low on black beans, and it'd be a 10 minute wait for fajita veggies. This was frustrating and I understand that this happens, but I'd be more understanding if we came in close to closing and that just wasn't the case. Once my order was made, the other employee still hadn't even started on my partner's order, he was just working on to go orders instead and ignored him. This caused a line and the delay was annoying as well. Again, I understand to go orders also need to be made, but we were talking to each other and came in the restaurant together, so it should've been a given that our orders were going to be together as well. There was no urgency for helping customers and they were out of several ingredients making the experience as a whole really disappointing.
