  It was our first time there, but it will probably be our last. The staff had a terrible attitude. I had to repeat my order several times, and even then it was still missing items. Honestly, I’m pretty sure you would be happier buying something from the market in the same shopping center instead of eating a bagel here.

  I ordered an Americano and clearly repeated it twice while placing my order. Despite that, the staff entered it as drip coffee and handed me two cups of plain coffee instead. When I asked about the Americano, the employee simply said she didn’t understand and had put it in as drip coffee, then turned around and walked away. I order Americanos from different coffee shops almost every morning and have never had an issue like this. Accents or not, “Americano” is one of the most basic and common coffee orders. The real problem, however, was the attitude. Instead of trying to fix the mistake or communicate properly, the staff member was dismissive and unprofessional. This was a terrible customer experience. Poor training and very disrespectful service. For a large chain like Einstein Bros, this level of service is unacceptable. I strongly suggest management invest more in proper staff training and basic customer service.

  Today was my first time ordering from Einstein Bros. Bagels through DoorDash, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but instead received a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. This was not a small mistake — I cannot eat bacon, so my entire sandwich had to be thrown away. I contacted DoorDash, provided photo proof, and thankfully received a full refund. I also called the store and spoke with a manager (his name was either Steve or Martin), but the situation already showed a serious lack of attention to orders. The worst part of the experience was the cinnamon roll. It had an excessive amount of cream cheese icing on top — literally a thick block piled onto it. On top of that, the cinnamon roll wasn’t even warm — it was extremely cold. It looked completely unappetizing and poorly prepared. I threw it away immediately and honestly wish I had taken a picture because it was that bad. At this point, I’m just shocked that food was sent out in that condition. I understand mornings can be busy and DoorDash orders can pile up, but basic order accuracy and food quality should still matter. Sending customers the wrong food and serving items prepared this poorly is unacceptable. This was a horrible first impression, and I will not be ordering from this location again. Management should seriously evaluate order verification and food preparation standards.
