- COCaitlin Ogg2 days ago2.0Every time I've been to this particular Chipotle and ordered a steak bowl I always get a ton of gristle. First time ok.. second time I'll try again 3rd time im done.
- BBB3 days ago2.0This location consistently provides issues. Mobile orders have, more often than not, resulted in incorrect items. Eventually we learned to check the items. But for items like a burrito, there's not a great way to check that it is correct, short of eating it there. There have been times when we have gone in person, redeemed an app reward right in front of the cashier, and then are told the reward has already been used. The team there just doesn't care to try and resolve any issues. And if we know that our reward should be valid, it feels pretty horrible to have the cashier shrug their shoulders and say "the machine says it's invalid" and offer nothing further. The only reason this gets two stars is because in the few times where they've finally got things right, the food is fine. This location and staff feels like one of the worst spots we've been to. Hopefully things improve for others in the future.

Staff was looking about racist things while I was there. If I wanted a middle school cafeteria I shouldn't have to pay this much

However this time was really bad experience, the line super dirty, rice super salty, they don't have any vegetables, the guy in the back who apparently cooks was eating behind the line, making joke with the other coworker at from. This not the first time and I continue to order because I really like the food, however I probably will take the business somewhere else. Please train your staff properly..
