Takes way too long. The lady on the headset was VERY rude and rushing to get off before I was finished ordering.

I don’t expect a lot out of fast food. I know it’s not going to be amazing or cheap anymore or even fast at this point. What made me write this review is having come time and time again and always ordering ahead and still waiting over 30 minutes for 2 small cheeseburgers. It’s just happened too many times to not be a pattern, I won’t be coming by anymore after today.

Don’t order food for delivery through sonic in Radford Virginia. It will take an absurd amount of time. You’ll see your driver get there and then 25 to 30 minutes later they’ll leave. Your lunch actually might be over by the time you get your food. . When you ask the driver about it they tell you that’s how it is every order that they get from sonic. Thats why a lot of them don’t even do orders from there anymore. Which explains why it takes so long for someone to pick up an order from sonic on the app even though you have a very good tip. Because nobody wants to deal with going there and taking an extra extraordinarily ridiculous amount of time. I’ve even been told that the workers do it on purpose because they know that the tip will go to the driver and not them. I wonder if sonic is one of those companies that can attribute 25% of their business to delivery? I’ve seen that that is the percentage of business. A lot of these restaurants can’t from delivery services. If so, can they afford to lose that and if not, you need to ask yourself why you’re not getting that much. Could it be because your people don’t actually do the orders in the order that they are received. Isn’t that the point of ordering ahead. If I order through the mobile app the same thing happens. It should be ready by the time I get there if I order through the mobile app and it never is.

I do a ton of door dashing in my free time and Ella should get an employee of the year award for how awesome she is. Sonic had run out of drink trays and I had about seven large drinks to lug 14 miles away and she configured it all into a paper bag on top of a hotdog tray…. just incredible thank you Ella !
