We ordered baked potatoe with cheese and received it with onions all over it. Fries tasted as though they were a day old, very greasy and stale, chicken nuggets same (stale and hard) burger was missing toppings and had random toppings that we didn't ask for.

- HHHannah HudsonOct 30, 20252.0To the lady at the Drive Thru window today at lunch, i think it was kind of rude how you still proceeded to aggressively hand my food through the after I told you honestly that I wouldn’t be able to take my food since I had no other form of payment cause my card was declining. I respectfully apologized and told you I wouldn’t be able to pay for it, while I understand it would’ve been a loss to the restaurant I was being a Good Samaritan and being honest not taking the food. You then proceeded to still hand it to me and told me to have a good day. Normally i don’t complain especially not in the case of free food but I didn’t want the food after I couldn’t pay for. I’m more or less disappointed because of the tone and aggression that came across because I had just come through on the lunch rush and was an inconvenience. Needless to say she made me feel really bad about the situation and I shouldn’t because I told her that if I couldn’t pay for it so I wouldn’t be taking it.
