    The food quality has been poor for over a year. We gave it another shot after not eating here for at least 6 months. It unfortunately failed again. We ordered baked potatoe with cheese and received it with onions all over it. Fries tasted as though they were a day old, very greasy and stale, chicken nuggets same (stale and hard) burger was missing toppings and had random toppings that we didn't ask for.

    Egg shells all in my breakfast sandwich, come on people. Was not worth $20. We will no longer be going back.

    To the lady at the Drive Thru window today at lunch, i think it was kind of rude how you still proceeded to aggressively hand my food through the after I told you honestly that I wouldn’t be able to take my food since I had no other form of payment cause my card was declining. I respectfully apologized and told you I wouldn’t be able to pay for it, while I understand it would’ve been a loss to the restaurant I was being a Good Samaritan and being honest not taking the food. You then proceeded to still hand it to me and told me to have a good day. Normally i don’t complain especially not in the case of free food but I didn’t want the food after I couldn’t pay for. I’m more or less disappointed because of the tone and aggression that came across because I had just come through on the lunch rush and was an inconvenience. Needless to say she made me feel really bad about the situation and I shouldn’t because I told her that if I couldn’t pay for it so I wouldn’t be taking it.

    I’ve been here multiple times because who doesn’t love Wendy’s 5 for 5 but they have screws my order up every single time and the workers are very rude
