Had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to even take my order this third time. On the previous two visits, I just left because even going to the window couldn't seem to get someone to help me or take my order.

The only thing that was decent was the coke which was full of ice and the coke looked like tea in it. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a trend for service. We had to push the button twice because they didn't add condiments and it took 9 minutes to respond.
