  The quality of the food has decreased. The Classic Roast Beef bun has a strange taste and the beef is tasteless. Too bad, until recently, we enjoyed Arby's.

  Clean interior, including the single stall bathrooms. Friendly staff and fast service for dine-in.

  This is mostly about the guy who took my order. Shane was quick, responsive and polite to everyone i saw enter the store including me. He stayed busy cleaning when no one was ordering and the second my food was ready he noticed and got it to the counter promptly. I can't say I've seen this quality of service or employee in a fast food place in quite some time. Bravo shane, thanks for the clean space and a quick meal.

  Always like to stop by to get a roast beef which is generally consistently done well. My beef is with service. Never seems to be busy when we stop by. Forget about service at the drive through. You will not be noticed at the order speaker. Slow on inside also. Hard to imagine the owners can not find employees that care. You could make 10 times the sales if you would recruit decent workers. May be you should rethink your pay scales or sell it to someone that understands how to motivate staff.
