When I was finally able to place my order, her demeanor was as if I was an inconvenience even though I was the only one in line. There needs to be some retraining on customer service etiquette. Update: I just wanted a scoop of smashed guacamole for a protein bowl. Lorraine was huffing and puffing the whole time. What an inconvenience. Then, she tried arguing that it's $2 for a single scoop of guacamole even though the menu board contradicts her, but who the heck am I? A PAYING CUSTOMER.

Whether your voice carries or whether you are trying to read the menu ...no matter... You must stand where she wants to give your request of your sandwich. Sorry, I won't play that game. Took my business elsewhere . Sale lost all over 5 inches distance ! Bye.
