  Employees seem lackadaisical. Unwelcoming and move with no sense of urgency or purpose. One employee finished her conversation with her coworker, and then just looked at me when she was done and I had to greet her with a good morning, how you doing? Didn’t get a response back. Either employees need customer service training or hire new employees with better attitudes.

  We don’t come on base very often and we decided to get a treat for the kids for being good at the doctors. Seriously the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. We got a dozen donuts and when we got home about 15 minutes later to eat them, we realized they were stale. What a waste of money, I just threw them all in the trash.

  I stop at this Quantico Dunkin nearly EVERY day. The staff is always courteous and pleasant. My wait time is usually just a couple minutes. Most of them have my specific daily order memorized! They are all awesome!

  The staff is always working so hard to get all orders out quickly and correctly. They’re always super friendly and professional! I probably order too much but I love the atmosphere so I always come back!

  I've had coffee from here three times. I needed three to make a pattern. The coffee comes out way too hot and tastes like brown water. I can't drink this thing without burning my tongue, for about an hour. I get my coffee the same way at every dunkin. 3/3 and this tastes like there is nothing added to it. I won't be back.
