  Would love to not get burnt tator tots every time with no ranch. It’s supposed to be cheese, bacon, and ranch 🥴

  You know, I believe in second chances and occasionally a third chance. But I am so done with this dominos. My family just officially became a Papa John’s family. We ordered during the snow storm about a month ago. They didn’t update their systems and our order went through despite nobody being in the building. Fine, but it should not have happened. The management should have prevented that. Frustrating and we had to fight with getting a refund. We ordered a few weeks after the snow storm. Took them well over an hour before anyone left the building (according to the tracker). Once they left the building it was 30 minutes and nothing? We live 3 miles from the place. We called and the manager who answered was incredibly rude and blamed it on the road conditions. The roads are clear! Pizza arrived 20 minutes later, COLD. Two hours to get cold pizza with a side of attitude. Unreal. Dominos sent us a free pizza for our troubles so we decided to use that code today. Strike 3. Today was much faster but our pizzas arrived damaged. I’m not even sure what happened. The delivery insurance thing requires you to bring it back in person. I don’t have my car today. I can’t. And even if I did I wouldn’t want to deal with the woman on the phone. She is so rude!!! See the photos. To top it all off the delivery driver dropped my soda and it’s flat. Damaged pizza and flat soda. Phenomenal.

  Pizza is always cold and made wrong when order from them . Just had them try deliver and charge me for an order 2 hours later !

  The pizza was delivered like the photo below. It took about 90 minutes to deliver a pizza that was both destroyed and cold. When I called back, they told me that they would not refund the order. A delivery driver told me she had gotten into a screaming match with the manager over a refund and had paid for the pizza out of pocket herself. What in the world is going on here?

  Had to eat something, everything else was closed. My expectations were low but the staff managed to set the bar even lower. A 10 min order had me waiting for 40 mins. I was the only customer there, while I hear the staff argue about their personal issues and talk about consumption of substances and alcohol. Very inappropriate, at least the place was clean
