Like they didn’t do it the “Domino’s way” and put the spinach under the cheese. Also when I called all they said was “well I’m sorry” and hung up on me. Hope they get <1 star on the next OA because that’s the way the new GM is leading this store

We were hosting an Eagle Scout service project and our original restaurant that was supposed to provide lunch cancelled on the project day. We had a large group of volunteers to feed. Eric at the Quantico location truly stepped up in a moment of need. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. The pizzas were hot, delicious, and a perfect boost for our tired volunteers. It meant so much to have someone genuinely care about helping our group. We are very grateful for this Domino’s and the exceptional manager who made a big difference in our day.

Instead of calming the situation, she escalated it with a rude tone and an attitude that had no place in any management position. It’s alarming that someone with such poor people skills is responsible for resolving customer concerns. She has brought out the worst side of me because of our phone conversation and hung up on me and lied to me that her general manager saw the pizza. This was by far one of the worst interactions I’ve had with any business, and it reflects extremely poorly on the company and the general manager D.
