Sips Club is an amazing value I often wonder how they make it work financially. Service is always friendly and the order correct, including when we order food items. It is an almost brand new location so I assume there may be or have been some "growing pains" as the location matures. But I have not had one issue in many, many visits. And it is nice to have a lone Panera out here in Western LOCO, the sole location between Leesburg and Winchester.

Almost every time I place an order—whether in person or through the app—something is wrong. Items are left out, sandwiches are made incorrectly, and substitutions show up without any explanation. It’s frustrating to spend extra money for something as simple as soup and a sandwich, only to get home and realize it’s not what I ordered. The staff isn’t rude, but there’s clearly no attention to detail. After multiple chances, it’s clear this location just can’t seem to get it right. Food is 3D printed
