I frequently buy produce like berries only to get home and see that they're not good. The produce isn't even marked down, not on sale or anything, it's full price and still bad or about to be bad. In general, this store is overpriced. 12 jumbo eggs cost 30 to 40% more at this store than the equivalent at the Martin's in Berryville. I'm sure if I compared pricing on other items there would be a lot more of that. Don't like leaving bad reviews but I don't like wasting money on groceries I have to toss out either.

- TDTristan DuboeufOct 30, 20252.0I went in tonight and I went to buy water and saw a case of something I wanted I am 23 and was with my girlfriend with is not 21 and when he asked for her ID, which in fairness I did forget was the law in Virginia, he had this smug look and had this “erm actually” attitude and rolled his eyes at her and was extremely rude even though she explained that she didn’t have her wallet nor was she 21. We understood the rules and were fine with it but he continued being rude.

The staff are obviously being run ragged due to the company cutting back on hours for employees. Most of the customer service staff are inept at their jobs or don’t speak english including at self checkout. This place is also the most expensive place to grocery shop in the region. No one in upper management has called me back regarding a rotten beef brisket i bought and that shows the lack of care for the customer that they sell rotten products
