  Purceville Dunkin has some of the most genuine and helpful people. I’ve met within Dunkin industry. From another store operator perspective, the restaurant is well taken care of in all aspects. A restaurant is very clean, very friendly, and the drive-through makes it a bonus very fast. In addition, being resourceful and helpful to other nearby, Dunkin’s when they need assistance in borrowing selective materials Thank you so much, Heather, Vicky, Sam & Divya 🤞🏼🙏🏼

  Hoping this review is received as an opportunity for improvement. I often stop here and grab a couple donuts for my commute. Without fail they always put the donuts in a bag frosting side down. I feel ridiculous complaining about a donut but want to suggest putting the donuts in the bag right side up so that the frosting does not stick to the bag peeling off the donut as I grab it. Great coffee (for Dunkin) always.

  Normally the food and drinks here are consistent and up to standard. However, there is one specific employee at this Dunkin that makes every single drink wrong. I ordered a medium matcha with chocolate foam and there was ice to the top with less than three inches of milk and badly mixed flavors. During an earlier shift today I ordered other drinks that turned out just fine, but this kind of bad drink happens every time I order with this employee in the store.
