    Not once in the years I’ve been going here have I ever received the combination of the correct order and correct amount of items. Either or. Mostly neither. I am so certain of this fact that if there comes a day that I walk out of this store with the correct order I will know for absolute certain I have either died or have transported into another reality. I keep going here to prove a point. The group chat stares on in increased bafflement as time after time after time this place fails to produce the correct order. You may ask yourself ‘why would you keep trying?’ At this point, it’s the love of the game.

    2-22-26 8:41 pm. Out of burgers, almost all sauces, potatoes, and wraps. That’s crazy, either need a new manager or your people are so lazy they only want to make fried food.

    Ask for your receipt because your going to need it when they dont give you everything you ordered & paid for. I would advise you to check your bag before you pull off because the lobby will be locked so you will have to go through drive thru again while the food you did receive gets cold. Im tired of giving it another chance. The food tonight was some of the worst I've ever gotten from any fast food place.

    When we pulled into the parking lot, all four employees were outside talking. There is nothing worse than having to wait 6 minutes in fresh chicken just to get the rest of your food old. Sent the old fries back, and do you know this young manager, looked to be 20-24, acted like he was doing me a solid by giving me an extra "fresh" fry with the replacement. Both large fry containers were half-full, and still old. Just re-dropped and salted. That or the grease hasn't been change. My burger was room temperature, with no extra pickle extra onion. What happened to quality, taking pride in what you do? It seems like anyone under 26 is simple minded and/or lazy.
