  I went hit red button was told after sitting for 5 min I'll be right with you as I waited another 2 min I hit button again and was told same thing this has happened several times at 2pm so after that I just left they have been a disappointment the past 3 times I've been there.

  It wouldnt be so bad if the touch screens worked so you can give your car hop a tip. Touch screen will work everywhere else but tips, one car hop said they believe it was turned off on purpose. It makes for a odd exchange for a customer feel bad because alot of people dont carry cash. Another was i pushed button, and was told nicely they would be right with me. But over 13 minutes later I hit the button again and same thing please be patient we will be right with you. So I was in no hurry amd waited another 5 min and my order was taken. So here's a suggestion, if your taking so many online curbside orders, call in more employees, there were only 2 cars ordering from the stalls and 3 waiting on online orders. It's so impersonal when you are bumped and either have to wait so long or just leave. We'll i know they are working hard, but not getting tips, and not enough employees working is going to cause this Sonic to get a bad rep. I have wrote great reviews before and know it can be better. Instead of putting all the weight on your employees amd not letting them have tips off the kiosk, the owners should come in and make sure they can get tips and work when they dont have enough coverage. Remember for some of these kids its their first job experience. Make it a good one.

  Ordered a blast, they brought it out with a straw, totally melted. Ended up leaving after waiting twenty minutes on a second try. Sonic has some consistency issues.

  Missing some of order. Hamburger we did get was raw. Not driving back after getting home.

  This is the only place I’ve ever seen to close more then an hr early for absolutely no reason at all no yall need to fix your weekend night staff bc this is a regular issue
