  Ordered a Pizza at 5:15pm and I didn't receive the pizza until 7:20pm. I contacted the manager (Jamie) multiple times during this and he stated nothing he can do about it and to continue waiting until it was delivered. He kept putting me on hold acting as if he was busy, therefore i called from a separate phone and he picked up and was ready to take my order as a different customer. As well as the pizza was cold when it arrived. Horrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will not be ordering from them again.

  Super nice staff, offered plates when we nearly forgot to ask, ordered 6 pizzas ahead of time for pick up at 1:30 and I regretted it when it could have been earlier - they had it ready for us earlier with no issues. Was able to get them about 1 instead. Can't thank them enough for that and really appreciated their help.

  There’s virtue with a manager who applies patience while one decides what they want on their pizza. Such a kind helpful and extremely patient is Sonny from the Powhatan store in VA.
