  No exaggeration, every time I eat here it takes forever! The term fast food does not apply to this place.

  Every time I come up to the Powhatan kfc/Taco Bell there are people waiting in the restaurant lobby. People waiting in the drive thru. Drive thru is like what do u want? Is that it? Customer service 👎. Why is there always a wait? Got the 8 piece for $10. Wanted certain crust. All not available. Wanted dark meat like it is SUPPOSED to come. All not available. Get it together. Hey managers u know the deal for the bucket of chicken on Tuesday. Yet always don’t get what u order. Always a wait. Inside of chicken was BLACK & dry & nasty. Wouldn’t even feed it to a wild animal. Going to add a pic if option. But do not c option as of yet. Do not recommend. Zero out of zero. Manager was running around not knowing what was going on. Just lost. Sad. Only reason they still open cuz only one in Powhatan. If I were you, it’s worth driving to the KFC in town or even the Taco Bell in town. Wasting your time and money coming to the one in Powhatan good luck. Only one there that had good customer service was the front line cashier. Really wish I could share the pic of the food we paid for & supposed to eat.

  Only one other customer in the dining area but drive thru was busy. Immediate service with food quickly provided. Restaurant dining area was clean. Food was what you expect from KFC, well cooked chicken, good mashed potatoes and a biscuit with butter.
