- SKShanni KNov 13, 20251.0I placed an order through Uber Eats and when it was delivered it was incorrect. I ordered wings and the store replaced them with bread sticks. Not even remotely close to what was ordered. We let uber eats know but this is a store problem, not Uber Eats. All of the food was sealed shut and not tampered with. Very, very, very disappointed.

I called to let them know and their response was sarcastic and rude. I called back to speak to the "manager on duty" after being on hold for almost 10mins. The gentleman that identified himself as the manager was Jaycee. He continued to make sarcastic responses as if I did something wrong. This individual has no business being in a "manager" role bc he doesn't know how to talk to people.

- TCTroy ClineOct 1, 20255.0I was waited on by Jaycee. He was like a breath of fresh air. He was extremely kind, courteous and helpful to everyone and not just a select few. I was amazed how quickly he acknowledged each person that entered the restaurant and addressed every person even if he had to tell them their order wasn't ready yet. Hearing him talk to the customers was amazing. If they had gotten angry or became aggravated because their food wasn't ready right then he remained calm and handled the situation very professionally and his tone and actions and apology for about a 3 minute delay made the customers become calm and leave happy and smiling. He had knowledge about his products and was running the front and the back. Jaycee and his one coworker managed and ran that restaurant phenomenally and to only be about 3 minutes behind they were rocking it getting orders out the door. Keep up the great work Jaycee you're doing great! You definitely made my day.
