  No other customers there and still waited 5 minutes in drive thru to get help and then 5 more minutes for a biscuit that the cheese was so hard it was crunchy and the lady at the window used her time to fuss about a customer that had just came up instead of greet us

  I am so disappointed in my experience here recently. This is one of my favorite places to diner. Now I dread it. There's a new manager I believe her name is Sherry. Witnessing the way that she speaks to and belittle her staff is truly disgusting and should not be tolerated. One of of the days that I was there a short young lady was basically running the store by herself kuddos to her. The young lady asked Sherry and a young man with a mustache to help and they looked at her as if she was wrong. I do not say this often but if I was her manager she would have immediately been terminated. No employee should be degraded as she has done especially in front of customers. It makes me wonder what happens when customers are not visible. I can not say if I will return.

  My fiance wanted to come here..Upon entering thetevwas only 1 patron in the whole place. Waited for almost 5 min before an employee chit chatting w/ another worker finally acknowledged our presence and took our order. No clean tables. I asked for some water, they gave me some type of seltzer water. Threw it out immediately. Got some sweet tea, ice machine was broken in dining rm and tea had grinds in the bottom. It was just disgusting. Now I know why there was only 1 customer. Never again.
