  I came to Wendy's with a mobile order. I was the only car and waited for 18 mins as I was walking in a employee handed my food. Isaiah was the only person that remembered I was still waiting on my food despite just coming back from his break. All the other four employees are lazy and slow. 💀💀

  I just stopped by to place an order, and the service is incredibly slow. I want to believe that they are preparing every single order from scratch; otherwise, the wait time is simply excessive. I waited for nearly an hour, and there wasn't a single person ahead of me. I don't understand what is going on—please improve your service or hire more staff.

  Drive three service is slow and atrocious. Sit at the speaker for over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me.

  Absolutely terrible service. The staff was incredibly rude and nastily insisted I couldn't use the drive-thru for my mobile order. Even after showing the manager my phone clearly displaying 'Drive-Thru,' she refused to help and sided with her incorrect employees. It was an embarrassing experience while hosting my sister, and I won't be returning
