Very bad customer service. Guy does not speak english , and he basically gypme into purchasing something I didn't want. I wanted a buy one, get 1 free.But I didn't want to pay for it on the app. So I told him I didn't want it, he told me if I do it on the app, it's buy one, get 1, so I did it on the app. Come to find out.It was not by one.Get one free because I added a drink and a chips.So I did not get by one.Get one free and he did not help me solve.My problem.

The food it’s subway the food is always the same. Some subways are better than others. The portion sizes are smaller, which is fine, especially if you’re on a diet or something like that the staff they’re fine for the most part. There is a language barrier and that can make for a difficult process in making your sandwich. They are cheap on the ingredients. I have about six pieces of spinach. I’m not too happy but everything else it’s a subway, but if y’all go here, just know you’re gonna be gypped and they overcharge.

I had two sandwiches delivered this afternoon. BLT subs with lots of veggies, but no dressings or sauces. When I got the subs, there was Mayo. I didn’t know who delivered because the app crashed and all I could see was my order history, so I called the subway. The guy who answered had an accent and was insistent there way no Mayo…then he hung up on me.
So, I placed my two children in the car and drove to their location. There were two employees. A young lady and a middle eastern man.
I waited until all customers had been served, and then I asked for a remake. The man opened the sandwiches, and there was Mayo. He proceeded to argue with me and act like I had put it on the sandwich. I don’t even buy the stuff! Then he blamed the delivery driver (DoorDash, apparently) as if they had put it on there. I asked, again, that it be remade.
This guy continued to get an attitude and watched the young lady remake the sandwiches. The whole time, I was treated as if I was in the wrong and was being a big inconvenience. I didn’t go in with an attitude or yelling. I was very polite and my children waited quietly at a table near the wall. I don’t recommend this location. The food is okay but this guy is something else.
