  First off, it took over 15 minutes to get my order when i saw plenty of staff and only 2-3 customers other than myself. Second, they forgot all the condiments I ordered, barely put any onions on my girlfriends burger which she ordered extra of. Also asked for extra salt on her fries and got nothing except for a bunch of salt packets when every other mcdonalds actually put the salt on themselves. Also when I went to get the condiments they gave me only one packet when I asked for several, also did not seem friendly whatsoever.

  We are couriers, and we are being held up in an utterly ridiculous manner. Put an end to this absurdity immediately.

  I had a really bad experience here last night. I was at the drive thru trying to to get my food with my window down, and homeless men came up to me, harassing me, and begging me for money. I said no, and they proceeded to get angry and belligerent with me. So I had to defend myself and curse them out, they wouldn't back off, so I pulled around the drive thru to more homeless men harassing me, and standing in front of my car, I'm telling them to move, and get from in front of my car, and they were angry, and acting like they wouldn't move. So, I didn't want to risk my safety any longer, and pulled off. Ladies please be careful going to this location at night, because they let a lot of homeless men litter in the parking lot, and let them harass customers, and the workers will not do anything. They heard me on the mic, trying to defend myself, nobody inquired what was going on, about my safety, or did they ask any of the homeless men to stop harassing customers. I am very angry and disturbed, because I've never had this happen at any place, especially while I am trying to order my food. This place is a cesspool, and needs to be shut down, because clearly McDonald's, or the workers do not care about the customers safety, to even let this go on for as long as it has. They were too comfortable, so clearly, they do it all the time. Just stay away from this location, for your safety, it's not worth the risk. These corporations care about money only, not the consumers.

  What can I say that all the other 1 star reviews here haven't? I only ordered one thing. A double cheeseburger, extra ketchup and extra onions. I had to pull up and wait in the parking spot because they had to "make it fresh" per my special order. After 10 mins someone walked out and gave me my burger. I opened it up, barely any ketchup and no onions. Got out of my car went in and showed them and they apologized and said they'd fix it. Waited another 10 mins, was handed my burger and started to leave. But I thought, let me check it again. Sure enough...wrong again! Waited 10 more mins and finally after 30 mins and three tries, they did it. They accurately made my one double cheeseburger.

  Ordered 2 Arch deluxe combos and mccrispy strips..both burgers are dry and missing the middle cheese slice in-between the patties and no crispy onions, Chicken strips were overcooked dry and rubbery. On top of that, I was parked for 15 mins and yet food was cold 🫤🤔 terrible sunday lunch day👎👎
