    Two customers ahead of me were assisted, and when I approached the register, the employee received a phone call and asked me to wait. I did, but an extended amount of time passed with no acknowledgment. The other employee making drinks appeared visibly irritated and did not attempt to assist at the register at all. As a customer, this was not a good look—especially since I’m not from the area. Customer service like this leaves a poor impression. I did not order anything and left to find a better place moving forward as I am here on business.

    This has been a very frustrating experience and sadly Tropical Smoothie is really falling short on that great customer service. They have the apple pie smoothies of which I went to three different Tropical Smoothies to order from. All of them were out. Why have something on special and you're always out? Then to call me and say can we replace it with something else? Duh I think you should obviously replace it with something else that you should also make it right on the next visit. There is no compensation offer just the expected service recovery. Nothing refreshing about it. Clearly poorly managed in the whole area. All 3 stores in my area being out of the NEW signature smoothie is ABSURD
